Swim Clinic #1 – November 22 – 9:00 AM
Body Position, Balance & Breathing
Join Healthy Results Training on Sunday, November 22, from 9:00–10:30 AM at the Alder Street Recreation Centre in Orangeville for the first of our four-part Swim Clinic Series.
This technique-focused clinic will help swimmers and triathletes develop a more efficient, balanced, and confident freestyle stroke.
Our first session will focus on the foundations of efficient swimming: body position, balance, rotation, and breathing. Through a combination of targeted drills, individual feedback, and practical swim sets, athletes will learn how to reduce unnecessary drag, improve body alignment, and develop better breathing mechanics.
Each swimmer will also receive a personal underwater video of their stroke, along with feedback highlighting areas for improvement.
Athletes will leave with practical coaching cues and drills they can incorporate into their regular training to continue developing their technique and efficiency.
This clinic is part of a progressive four-session series running from November through March. Each clinic will explore a different aspect of freestyle technique, building toward more efficient swimming and improved open-water performance. Athletes are welcome to attend individual clinics or participate in the full series.
